the staff was friendly and helpful, acceptable.
The bathroom door was weird. it was on rails and did not have a lock. it wasn't possible to close it properly. There was still a gap between the wall and the door, it was really uncomfortable.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the location excellent, very convenient to the train station and main streets. the room was very clean and modern, it exceeded my expectations.
the bathroom door lacked a proper lock, somewhat uncomfortable when sharing the room with my partner.

i enjoyed my stay a lot, the staff was really helpful and available. i was happy with the free water they offered, a nice touch. the lady at reception gave me insider tips for seeing the city, i really appreciated her advice.
i found no one offered to help me with my luggage. there were two people at the desk just talking to each other, which wasn't very helpful.

the room was quite spacious, i found two comfortable chairs which is always a plus. it was located on the first floor (i had concerns), but it was surprisingly quiet. a fridge was available, this was really convenient.

the location provides convenient access to the tram, just a short five-minute walk. traveling to and from various locations, including the airport, was straightforward using the tram. this made exploring the surrounding areas very easy and accessible.

the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, (especially the vegetarian vegetables!). i found ham and smoked salmon included, it was very enjoyable. the hotel provided caraffe of water, which i thought was a really nice gesture.
